Nashá is the Executive Assistant to Samuel Swann and provides operational and administrative support within Swann Property, assisting with day-to-day coordination and internal business processes.

She also supports people-related functions within Swann Property, including staff coordination and HR administration, as well as selected Swann Group initiatives where required.

Nashá is recognised for her organisation, reliability and ability to maintain high standards of administrative efficiency across the business.

Sam is an entrepreneur and company builder specialising in the legal, property and recruitment spaces.

A qualified solicitor with over 14 years post qualification experience in real estate and 15 years in the industry, Sam worked for Top 50 law firms before joining an established legal practice in the City of London where he received recognition in the Legal 500.

Sam left the Square Mile in 2020 to move to West Yorkshire and establish his legal consultancy, Swann Law, where he continues to provide first class legal services to his clients in partnership with SRA Regulated law firm MLP Law together with managing Swann Property and Swann Shore, dividing his time between England and South Africa.

Rennal is the Durban Office Manager and an experienced and highly organised member of the Swann Group operations team, supporting both Swann Property and the wider group across administrative coordination, operational support and day-to-day business administrator management.

She plays a key role in ensuring efficient internal operations, including document management, service coordination, communication and organisational support across multiple areas of the business.

Known for her attention to detail, reliability and calm approach, Rennal is a valued part of the team and contributes to the smooth running of both property and operational matters.
